Career Summary

Tom Fisk serves as the firm’s managing broker and is a partner at NAI Pfefferle. He is responsible for sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial and investment properties in northeastern Wisconsin. He specializes in investment properties, land and industrial, working with national, regional and local clients. Mr. Fisk has been in the real estate business for over 30 years and has been involved in leasing, site selection, property management and property sales for both development companies and for brokerage firms.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Mr. Fisk held an officer level development and leasing position for a big box developer.

Eileen Pounds serves as commercial real estate advisor at NAI Pfefferle, where she represents clients in office and retail projects, investment real estate, industrial and land development in the Door County area.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Mrs. Pounds was a real estate agent with Powell Property Group in Atlanta, Georgia. She assisted in showing and marketing properties including retail, warehouse, industrial, office and land. From 2016 to 2019, Mrs. Pounds learned innovative marketing techniques and technology when she freelanced in marketing for residential agents and custom home builders around the Atlanta area. From 2011 to 2013, Mrs. Pounds was a project manager and quantitative market analyst with the Intercontinental Exchange Inc.

Career Summary

Mark Denis joined NAI Pfefferle as a senior commercial real estate advisor in 2005 following the company’s expansion into the Green Bay market the prior year. He is proficient in all matters of office, retail, industrial, and investment real estate. Mr. Denis is frequently called upon by national out-of-state brokers to provide seamless, local representation of their clients and their complex confidential needs, as evidenced by a recently completed 170,000 SF build-to-suit for United Health Group.

Mr. Denis began his career in commercial real estate in 1975 and has since transacted business for clients throughout Wisconsin and much of the United States. An active industry and community leader, he served on the board of directors of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce for Economic Development and Business Retention and held public office in his local government as an elected official for 19 years.

As a senior commercial real estate advisor, Arlene Denis works with her husband, Mark Denis, to provide exceptional service to clients that are buying and/or selling commercial or investment property. James Wheeler is a licensed commercial real estate advisor at NAI Pfefferle. Since 1994, he has represented commercial clients in office, retail, industrial sales, leasing and investment properties.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Mr. Wheeler was a commercial real estate broker with Vander Zanden Real Estate for 28 years, where he specialized in retail, office, industrial sales and leasing, as well as commercial tenant representation.

Adam Meyers serves as senior commercial real estate advisor in NAI Pfefferle’s Green Bay office. He joined the company in 2017 and is a dedicated and highly productive business strategist with a record of driving growth and account development. Mr. Meyers is currently enrolled in the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation program. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis, and demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Mr. Meyers was the large market sales manager for three years at Martin Public LLC, where he recruited to expand and manage new and existing sales channels. He also served as selling manager, responsible for team forecasting, reporting and presenting sales results. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Meyers was a sales professional with Krueger International where he utilized an independent and team based selling approach, establishing himself as the point of contact. Prior to joining Krueger International, Mr. Meyers served from 2005 to 2009 as sales manager with MIS Group/Sage Software, where he used the consultative sales approach with prospective clients to provide customized solutions based on unique business processes.

Sarah Pahl

Career Summary

Sarah Pahl joined the NAI Pfefferle Green Bay team in November of 2018. She splits her time between NAI Pfefferle, assisting brokers in the office, and Pfefferle Management, assisting in the management of the Green Bay property portfolio. On the brokerage side, some of Sarah’s responsibilities include preparing property contracts, designing profile sheets and marketing available properties. Some of her tasks for Pfefferle Management include working on tenant maintenance requests and working alongside the technicians and property manager in areas where needed to ensure the property is serviced in a timely fashion.

Previously Ms. Pahl worked for the YWCA Greater Green Bay as an executive administrative assistant. There she helped host and plan events and worked alongside the CEO on multiple community relations projects. Prior to this position, Ms. Pahl worked in Texas as a living editor in Fort Hood’s Army public affairs office and headquarters; III Corps and Fort Hood. In this position, she published articles in their weekly newspaper and shot photography; everything from change of command ceremonies to the Alamo in San Antonio.

• Communication-Public Relations degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point, double minors in history and political science.
