Career Summary

Cindy Renard began her career with NAI Pfefferle in 2013 and is the senior broker assistant to several brokers in the Appleton office. Included in her extensive range of responsibilities, Cindy prepares offering memorandums and press releases, coordinates and manages company events, prepares and designs requests for proposals and creates and manages social media postings for NAI Pfefferle and Pfefferle Management. In addition to these tasks, Cindy assembles broker opinion of values (BOV’s), manages amendments and expiration updates, maintains CoStar/LoopNet, Crexi and REDI/Catylist listings, designs profile sheets, postcards, newsletters and brochures for internal and external mailings, Zipforms for document management and acquires comparable property data for brokers. She also collaborates with brokers on special projects and provides support to other offices as needed.

As marketing coordinator for the company, Cindy adeptly develops, coordinates and executes various marketing pieces and ensures all company websites are up to date. Her comprehensive skill set and commitment make her an invaluable asset to NAI Pfefferle, contributing significantly to the company’s ongoing success.
