Career Summary

Gaylene Muniz began her career in the NAI Pfefferle Green Bay office in February 2005, where she worked with real estate brokers and the Pfefferle Management group. In 2007, she transferred to the Appleton office, where she currently holds the position of senior licensed broker assistant, supporting Amy Pfefferle Oelhafen and Nick Schmidt.

In her role, Gaylene handles various aspects of real estate transactions, assists with property contracts, offers to purchase, amendments, broker opinions of value (BOV’s), Letters of Intent and Zipforms. In addition to these tasks, she designs profile sheets, enters and updates listings in CoStar/LoopNet, Crexi and REDI/Catylist, acquires comparable property data, arranges property showings and also oversees expirations for all brokers in the company.

Adding to her responsibilities, Gaylene is the Dollar General Coordinator, collaborating with Todd Platt, the developer overseeing Dollar General sites under construction in Wisconsin.

Prior to her tenure with NAI Pfefferle, Gaylene spent 12 years in San Antonio, Texas, working as a broker assistant/call specialist with the American Funds Group. This prominent money management organization provides a wide array of mutual funds to individuals, leading corporations, and institutions.
