Career Summary

Gregory Hedrich serves as a commercial real estate advisor for NAI Pfefferle, where he represents clients in office, retail, investment, industrial, and land development within Central Wisconsin. Gregory is an extremely driven, passionate, hardworking, results-oriented professional with over 20 years of proven success. He also invests in real estate, having purchased several single-family rental properties, a multi-family investment property, and two commercial properties.

Before shifting into real estate, Gregory spent 3.5 years at Schneider National, where he honed his sales and client management skills. He then worked for one of the world’s largest and most well-respected companies, UPS, as a freight sales account executive, achieving World of Champion status for ranking among the top 11% of revenue producers company-wide. Most recently, he was a multi-unit franchisee of Monk’s Bar & Grill and owner-operated multiple locations throughout Wisconsin.

Gregory began his career in commercial real estate sales in 2023 when he joined NAI Pfefferle. Since then, he has worked with a diverse range of clients in the medical, hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors, as well as assisting several national brands in securing real estate locations. His expertise in site selection, lease negotiations, and investment sales has made him a trusted advisor for businesses looking to expand or
reposition their real estate portfolios.
