Career Summary

Linda Gill joined NAI Pfefferle in January 2009 and earned her real estate salesperson license in September 2017. As a senior licensed broker assistant, Linda supports multiple brokers with various responsibilities.

In her role, Linda efficiently prepares property contracts and amendments using Zipforms, designs profile sheets for effective property marketing and manages listing data on platforms like CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and REDI/Catylist. She assists brokers in gathering comparable property data and preparing proposals and broker opinions of value (BOV’s). Linda also maintains Realcore, a real estate management program, as a listing coordinator. Additionally, she manages sign requests and inventory for all offices within the company.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Linda gained valuable experience as a legal secretary at a local law firm.
