Career Summary

Linda Gill joined NAI Pfefferle in January 2009 and earned her real estate salesperson license in September 2017. As a senior licensed broker assistant, Linda supports multiple brokers with various responsibilities.

In her role, Linda demonstrates proficiency in preparing property contracts and amendments utilizing Zipforms, designing profile sheets to enhance property marketing initiatives, and managing listing information on industry-leading platforms, including CoStar/LoopNet, Crexi and REDI/Catylist. She provides essential support to brokers by conducting comparative property analyses, producing proposals and Broker Opinions of Value (BOV’s). In her capacity as a listing coordinator, Linda ensures the efficient operation of the Realcore real estate management system. She is responsible for managing the installation and removal of NAI Pfefferle signs, in addition to maintaining sign inventory across most company offices.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Linda gained valuable experience as a legal secretary at a local law firm.
