Career Summary

Nick Salm joined NAI Pfefferle as a senior commercial real estate advisor in 2024. With his experience as a licensed commercial real estate broker since 2016, he specializes in industrial sales and leasing, vacant land sales and development, retail and restaurant sales, and office leasing.

Prior to entering brokerage, Nick gained valuable experience in the mortgage and construction sectors, allowing him to establish a significant network throughout Northeast Wisconsin’s real estate markets. He was also formerly the director of business development at Faith Technologies where he spearheaded large-scale projects nationwide, including multifamily high rises, greenfield developments, industrial/manufacturing facilities, and office and retail spaces.

As a native of Appleton, Nick remains dedicated to his community, working closely with buyers and sellers to enhance the quality of life and business environment in the area.

• Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and leadership studies from Ripon College.
