Joining NAI Pfefferle as a commercial real estate advisor, Tony “T.J.” Morice brings over 25 years of business and industry connectivity experience spanning from retail-chain store interfaces, energy/efficiency, transportation industry facilitation and manufacturing. T.J. is able to provide practical insight for businesses looking for guidance and practical steps in many areas, including commercial real estate.

T.J. engages commercial real estate clients, while he continues to facilitate consulting and energy/efficiency solutions via his company TNT Ventures LLC. Prior to his own companies, T.J. was a team member, VP of Marketing and Operations, along with leadership in the Pellet Fuels Institute (PFI) of Arlington, VA and the Biomass Thermal Energy Council (BTEC) of Washington, D.C. He has been involved in commercial real estate projects, investments and rentals over the years due to a strong entrepreneurial upbringing.

Ark provides professional brokerage services for clients and tenants wishing to buy, sell or lease commercial and investment properties. He specializes in manufacturing-warehousing, retail and office sites, along with mobile home parks, working with national, regional and local clients.

Ark joined NAI Pfefferle in 2008. He began his real estate career in 2004 and obtained his real estate broker’s license in 2007. Prior to real estate, Ark has 23 years of health care administration experience, including 20 years specializing in medical and dental group management.

Gregory Hedrich serves as a commercial real estate advisor for NAI Pfefferle, where he represents clients in office, retail, investment, industrial and land development within Central Wisconsin. Gregory is an extremely driven, passionate, hardworking, results oriented professional with over 20 years of proven success. He also invests in real estate, having purchased several single-family rental properties, a multi-family investment property and two commercial properties.

Gregory developed many of his professional skills while working for one of the world’s largest and well-respected companies, UPS, as a freight sales account executive. He achieved World of Champion status for being among the top 11% of revenue producers company-wide. Most recently he was a multi-unit franchisee of Monk’s Bar & Grill and continues to help operate the Plover, WI location.

Career Summary

Trudy Morice embarked on her professional journey with NAI Pfefferle in February 2021, where she is a licensed broker assistant in the Wausau office. In her role, Trudy designs profile sheets, manages listings on platforms like CoStar/LoopNet, Crexi and MLS websites, acquires comparable property data, assists brokers in assembling proposals and broker opinions of value (BOV’s) and also handles various miscellaneous projects as required.

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Trudy worked as the student ministries operations director for nine years at Highland Community Church. She also has experience in human resources, payroll and benefits administration.
