NAI Pfefferle Announces Expansion into Milwaukee Area With New Office
Company Plans for January 2025 Official Office Opening
Milwaukee, Wis. – January 7, 2025 – NAI Pfefferle, one of Wisconsin’s largest commercial real estate firms, is excited to announce its expansion into the Greater Milwaukee market effective January 1, 2025. The firm, a division of Pfefferle Companies, Inc., has offices in Appleton, Green Bay, Sheboygan and Wausau. The company has 26 licensed brokers and manages more than 14 million square feet of property throughout the state of Wisconsin. Founded in Appleton, Wisconsin, in 1971, Pfefferle Companies provides a full range of real estate services to a variety of clients, specializing in the sales, leasing and management of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and investment property.

NAI Pfefferle has named Walter Sauthoff to lead the expansion into the Milwaukee office. As Partner and Managing Director, Sauthoff brings more than 30 years of real estate experience in Southeast Wisconsin. His experience extends across a variety of segments, including brokerage, property management, and development, having managed teams, projects and portfolios statewide. Sauthoff will lead a team of local advisors specializing in office, industrial, retail, multi-family and investment properties in the Greater Milwaukee market, including the counties of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, Jefferson, Dodge and Waukesha.
