John Pfefferle
CEO
John Pfefferle embarked on his real estate journey in 1966 following his college graduation. Establishing Pfefferle Realtors, which later evolved into NAI Pfefferle, in 1971 marked the inception of his influential career as CEO. His strategic expansion into commercial real estate encompassed management, sales, and development, with a keen focus on the Fox Cities area throughout the 1980s.
Over the past two decades, John’s leadership has steered the development and management of a substantial property portfolio exceeding $400.0 million. His enduring contributions to the Fox Valley real estate community are evident through his longstanding membership in the Fox Cities Board of Realtors and prior involvement on the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce board of directors. In recognition of his accomplishments, he was inducted into the chamber’s esteemed Business Hall of Fame in 2011.
John’s commitment extends beyond business realms; he actively engages with various community organizations. Currently, he serves as the president of the University of Wisconsin Health-Fox Valley Family Practice Clinic and holds a position on the board of directors of the Fox Cities Building for the Arts. Tom Scheuerman currently works with select accounts and oversees investments in the Washington Street Investment Fund portfolio. Mr. Scheuerman joined the company from Valley Bancorporation, a bank holding company headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin. Linda Gill

Career Summary
Linda Gill joined NAI Pfefferle in January 2009 and earned her real estate salesperson license in September 2017. As a senior licensed broker assistant, Linda supports multiple brokers with various responsibilities.
In her role, Linda efficiently prepares property contracts and amendments using Zipforms, designs profile sheets for effective property marketing and manages listing data on platforms like CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and REDI/Catylist. She assists brokers in gathering comparable property data and preparing proposals and broker opinions of value (BOV’s). Gaylene Muniz began her career in the NAI Pfefferle Green Bay office in February 2005, where she worked with real estate brokers and the Pfefferle Management group. In 2007, she transferred to the Appleton office, where she currently holds the position of senior licensed broker assistant, supporting the president of the company, Amy Pfefferle Oelhafen, and other brokers with various tasks.

Tom Fisk serves as the firm’s managing broker and is a partner at NAI Pfefferle. Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Mr. Meyers was the large market sales manager for three years at Martin Public LLC, where he recruited to expand and manage new and existing sales channels. He also served as selling manager, responsible for team forecasting, reporting and presenting sales results. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Meyers was a sales professional with Krueger International where he utilized an independent and team based selling approach, establishing himself as the point of contact.
